This 12 week program is designed for athletes looking to level up their overall athleticism. Strength training. Speed training. Mobility training. All wrapped into one program. 3 strength days per week (~45 minute workouts) 1 speed day per week (~30 minute workout) 1 mobility day per week (~10 minute workout) Equipment: 1.) Need access to a weight room (or weight room equipment at home) 2.) Need access to a weighted stick for speed training.
