We are about half way through the golf off-season. I want you to look back on the past 2-3 months.


What have you accomplished that is pushing your closer to your golf goals?


What steps have you made in your health and fitness journey?


Notice, how far you have come! How much work you have put in!


Or, maybe the dreaded winter has brought energy levels down and your training has taken a back seat as a result.


Don't stop!


Spring is just around the corner.


I want you to walk onto the course in Spring hitting the ball further, pain-free, and with a newfound enjoyment for the sport!

Spinal mobility is a key limiting factor I find in many golfers movement toolbox.


We are so often in lifting and training taught to "brace" and "build tension" that I feel we have forgotten that the spine is built to move.


And more than that, it DOES MOVE... a lot... in your golf swing!


Move your spine more often to build resilience, strength, and mobility!
