THE IN-SEASON PROGRAM IS HERE!
GOLF STRONG: IN-SEASON has been launched.
It's a 12 week program.
3 training sessions per week.
1 mobility day per week.
And EVERYTHING can be completed in under 30 minutes.
Furthermore, you'll notice that the structure of the program is slightly different.
Instead of training sessions being associated with specific days, as most of the other programs are, this one allows you to organize the training days throughout the week with a little more freedom.
I would love feedback on this new structure as I am considering applying it to future programs!
Depending on the timing of your golf season and where you are in the world, it may not quite be the right time to join this one, but it is ready for you when you need it this coming season!

This one is about travel golf.
Once or twice a year I run into somebody that gets hurt while going to play golf somewhere around the country... let's avoid that at all costs.

I've shared this one kind of recently, but I want to share it again because it's the time of year that we should be incorporating MORE speed training into our weekly routine.
As the season draws nearer, we should be working to convert some of those physical outputs we've built over the last 4-5 months into ROTATIONAL POWER.
And the best way to do that is via speed training.
