APRIL PROGRAMS ARE LIVE!
Be sure to join the monthly rolling program, if you are working through one of those (At-Home or Gym-Access).
You'll notice a subtle change in the layout of the program, let me know what you think of the change!
I also bumped it down to 3 days per week. Based on feedback from some athletes, 3 high-quality training days per week seems to be the sweet spot, and, as we approach the season I think I speak for everybody when I say that I much prefer to spend free time on the golf course than in the weight room!

THE MASTERS WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE!

I love the Masters Golf Tournament.
It's the best week in golf.
So, I wanted to do something special for it... enter the MASTERS WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE!
The challenge will run from APRIL 4th to the 10th.
Throughout the week, you will complete:
4 Strength Training Sessions
1 Speed Training Session
2 Mobility Sessions
3 Holistic Health Challenges
If you are a SCRATCH Athlete, you get exclusive access to it!
