Welcome in SCRATCH Athletes!


FIRST ON THE TEE...


If you haven't already done so, make sure to JOIN the 18 Golf Warm-Ups program before the golf season is in full swing (ha, swing! See what I did there?)!


This program has warm-ups ranging from 1 exercise to 7.


Many you can do AT THE COURSE, some you should do prior to heading out.


Most require just your body weight, some use more equipment!


The point is, between the 18 warm-up options, there is something in there for everybody and every golf occasion... check it out and JOIN below!

Many talk about it in the golf, and overall health, world as this super important thing.


Many make it seem that if we don't have good posture, we are going to get injured left and right.


That's just not true.


The "best" or "healthiest" posture you can create, is probably the one that is most comfortable.
